Cancel

Dont I went in to cancel my contract. Signed a cancelation etc. Was told my last monthly installment would be deducted in 2 days. Instead the "freeze" amount was deducted. Called the salon was told to call customer service. Had to leave a message. Have left 2 and1 email and no reply. I'm moving out if state in.kess than 2 weeks to care for a dieing relative. This is NOT the extra stress I need

Zero Integrity

I put my account in "freeze" mode because I haven't used it in months. I was still charged 120 dollars in the last two months and only now told the "freeze" option is only good for 3 months, which was NEVER mentioned when I initially froze the membership.

I spoke to "Jessica" at the corporate Denver office, who informed me she would not be refunding any of my money, despite what I was or wasn't told by employees at the local salon about the freeze status fees, and she also refused to connect me to her supervisor.

This is atrocious customer service. Zero integrity will eventually be the ruin of this company.

DoI have COVID and called to postpone my billing cycle because as my family caught COVID at different times it will be 3 weeks before I can tan. Lady I called was very unhelpful and rude and said she cant do it over the phone and I will be billed anyway. Okay want me to come in there????? I called customer service and its closed!!! Like cmon! Cancel it!!! I will spread the word if I am billed when I called before billing cycle.

This company is very deceiving . I went for a special they had tanning for a month for just a dollar or upgrade your subscription to better beds and more days for just a dollar so I wanted the one month one dollar.

I even saved that email promotion they had sent me. The lady at the counter was set on me doing more and wanted me to buy the lotions so I had to explain to her that I really couldnt afford it right now and I even went as far as to explain why. So no yearly subscription no lotions just a dollar deal thats all I wanted thats what I paid for and thats what I thought I had accomplished .

Four days later I discovered they took $60 from my account and when I called they had told me I had signed a year subscription and they would not give me a refund. I never signed a contract I was never even given a contract the only thing I signed was for payment .

Still being charged for subscription I canceled. Ive been a customer for well over five years, and due to the obvious virus that were all dealing with right now but it would be in my best interest to cancel my subscription I have the request that I sent in writing via email and I also have correspondence in terms of discrepancies on what was indicated that I owed. I had to file fraud with my bank and put a stop payment on the transaction. Shameful to behave so unprofessionally and to actually nickel and dime people under the circumstances.

Charged after freezing account

I froze my account on April 30, and I still got charged the full amount on May 4 of $17.70. I am aware that you have to cancel 5 days before the end of the month or you will get charged, but my location was not open at that time in order to cancel. So I am wanting a refund since I could not help the circumstances, thanks.

I’ve tried multiple time to close my account, being as I had Moved more than a year and half ago. The store was no help and said I had To be there in person to close the account. I sent An email out to apparently the no reply email to cancel and ofcourse that never went through. I have Racked up my credit card bill $600 plus dollars for a tanning salon that I used For maybe 3 months...Billing is no help and if they resolved anything they would give me tanning credit...which I dont need not want being as I moved And am too far from it.

Confused cancellation process

Signed their contract to tan for a year not knowing my husband a few months later gets a promotion that just moved us to Minnesota from Colorado. Once I heard his good news I went in to the tanning salon in Aurora to find out the process to cancel once we moved here in September. I was told i had to contact corporate but on their websight it says to come into the salon and fill out a form. But anyway i went back home contacted them told them I would be leaving September 5th. Once i got here i sent them a picture of my mail with my new address showing Im no longer in the area. Now on the first they have taken another $80 from my account. I can deal with that. But niw that i sent them proof im no longer in the area they now are telling me i have to call them now and pay a cancelation fee. Didnt give me a number or what the cancelation fee is. Now I know this is going south after reading the other complaints!!!!!

So today I called because my monthly membership increased this month. Rightfully asking why the increase, well the individual working could not explain why nor was interested in assisting me in finding out why. Just stated it’s my last day and I don’t know why and I can’t help since I’m leaving. So I call customer service and it is closed. I decided to call another location just curious to ensure my membership didn’t change to this cost every month. Thankfully a knowledgeable person answered and went on to explain there is a $12.50 maintenance fee automatically charged every six months to your card. Basically expect it if you stay with us because they don’t refund it nor notify you when it will be charging. Just know it is every six months. So I am like okay wish I would have been notified of the increase that month but what bothers me is I can’t figure out why customers are paying a maintenance fee because we are already paying a monthly fee to use their equipment in the first place. I would prefer the higher membership verses telling me I pay some maintenance cost every six months on top of a membership cost.

Computer Down

I got checked into a room on my lunch break and after I had stripped down and lathered up with my lotion I realized my bed wasn't turned on. I quickly threw some clothes on and went to the front desk. I asked if they had told me the correct room and asked that they turn my bed on. The clerk smiled and nodded so I returned and took my clothes off AGAIN- only to find my bed had not been reset. This time I called the store and when they answered the phone, I told them my bed was still not on. They then informed me that they were having a computer problem. The clerk said the screen was frozen and she couldn't see anything. I wasted my lunch hour, my gas, my lotion, etc. I am beyond irritated.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I had signed a 1 year contract about a year ago and 6 months ago was told by my doctor that I should not go anymore. I tried to go to the store and cancel my contract, they said I couldn't but I could send a letter to corporate with a doctors note to get out of it. I sent the letter with my dr. note to corporate and they sent me back a refusal saying that I signed a 1 year agreement that I had to pay, or pay $200 to get out of the contract. The amount left on my contract was less than that, so I decided to just wait until it ended and not fight it. I went back yesterday, after the year had passed; and they still will not let me get out of this contract and they said it will automatically renew if I don't cancel it. SO, I can't cancel it and I can't stop it from renewing, so how the *** do you ever get out of this perpetual nightmare. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE ***
